Mengesha has over 25 years working experience. He started his insurance career in 2010 when he joined Global Insurance Company as head of finance and investment department. He worked there almost 10 Years in various Leadership position Including DGM Finance & Information system. He has attended many courses in accounting and management locally and internationally.

In December 2020, he joined Zemen Insurance S.C as Director of Corporate Resources. He is currently working as Executive Officer Corporate Resources.

Tekeste Bekele has been working in the insurance industry for nearly three decades in the area of insurance operations (underwriting and claims).

He has served in the industry from the level of junior officer to managerial levels so far and has participated in numbers of insurance related seminars and workshops.

Furthermore, he has served as and an advisor and trainer in relation to legal aspects of insurance, Principles and Practices of insurance and as a member in different societies.

Currently, he is serving as – Director, Claims Services in Zemen Insurance S.C

Mesafint Asfaw is a qualified Engineering surveyor with more than 11 years’ of experience in insurance sector. He has extensive knowledge and skill in Pre and post risk assessment for Industries, Machineries and Vehicles at different insurance and non-Insurance companies.

Mesafint has been working on different technical and leadership roles including, Instructor, Surveyor, Spare part supervisor ,Senior Surveyor ,Engineering and Survey Service Manager and Engineering and Lost Adjusting Director at different Insurance and non-insurance sector.

The range of works that he conducted in different insurance companies have given him detail knowledge and hands on skill in insurance sectors. His specialization on Automotive Technology makes him an expertise on his job.
